HP Pavilion DV7-7006er
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good time)) I have a laptop HP Pavilion DV7-7006er, the motherboard burned out. Part number for HP 682016-001.
Marking on the board is "Goya / Balen 1.0 - DDR3 11254.2 48.4ST10.021".
I ordered exactly the same in China, indicated a complete set of the laptop - RAM, 2 750 GB hard drives, etc.
They sent a motherboard with a part code for HP 682016-001 (correct), but with the marking Goya / Balen 1.0 - DDR3 11254.3 48.4ST10.031.
Installed it in my laptop. In principle, all the functions of the laptop work. Temperature monitoring with "Advanced system Care" also shows everything is normal.
But the laptop is much slower than with the motherboard. The online HP Assistant identified my laptop as the "HP Pavilion DV-7-7073ca."
The Chinese insist on their eastern mantras that they have checked and checked many times before the mandrel mandrel that it is newer and
an improved version of my board, and that it is 100% compatible with my laptop and I should look for problems in my hardware and software.
I tried the original Windows 7 and Windows 10 - on both systems the results are the same - bad.
I installed and reinstalled drivers using good batch installers.
If possible, please answer whether the board I bought matches my laptop at least by the markings,
and how they differ for the better / worse. Should I return it to the Chinese or still change, for example, the processor?
