Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I have a Compaq CQ42-212BR that I wanted to upgrade the CPU, so I bought an I7 620M but it wasn't compatible with my motherboard socket. So now I need a motherboard that would be compatible with that processor and my laptop. I'm thinking about the 595183-001 or 595184-001. The 595183-001 seems better because it has a radeon hd 5450. Are these the best motherboards I can get and is the i7 620M the best processor I can use with them? Someone please help I can't find any information about these components on the manual or the internet.
