Update on the case,

Laptop was sent back for repairs, and subsequently lost .... with all data and all

I have been told a few days into August that I would get it refunded, and that i would get a 25% voucher to use in the future if I decide to buy another HP laptop.

I have sent the invoice, my bank account and .... nothing, the CS in charge isn't replying to emails any more, what's happening at HP?
