Product: Model 15-db0072nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looking for a motherboard part number for a model 15-db0072nr hp laptop.  I get 3 blinks and 2 quick blinks from the cap lock light with a black screen.   I spilled water near the usb and power side.  I get fan and it seems to power up.

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

You want the motherboard with the W10 product key in the BIOS.

 

L20477-601MOTHERBOARD UMA A9-9425 WIN - Stoney Ridge

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the motherboard removal and replacement procedure.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

 

I checked the HP parts store, and the part is not orderable from HP.

 

HP Parts Store - HP Computer Parts - HP Printer Parts - Compaq Parts

 

So you will have to see if you can find the part elsewhere.
