HP Recommended
Product: HP 15-f200 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wireless mouse cursor keeps  freezing as I move it around the screen. I tried various fixes like replacing the battery, plugging it into a different USB port, using a wired mouse instead but no joy. When I use only the touchpad I have the same problem.

I also tried updating the mouse driver and Windows but it did not fix the issue? Does that mean I have a hardware problem? Do I need to have the touchpad repaired or replaced? Any other solutions out there?
