Sometimes when I boot my laptop, there is no mouse pointer. After I restart 2-3 times, the pointer appears. When the doesn't appear, the device manager looks like this. 'Mice and pointing' is in Show hidden devices in view tab.
When pointer doesn't appear, I can use mouse using USB mouse but can't access the mouse pointer using trackpad.
I've tried updating the mouse driver, uninstalling and installing the driver. I also reset the PC which I regret because the problem is still there. Now I've started wandering if there's a problem with the hardware.
