My HP 15-AY503TX laptop battery was not charging after 84% from last 3 weeks, but i don't identify the what is the issue exactly. please provide the solution.

How long have you had the notebook?
My research shows the installed processor to be from the Intel sixth generation. That puts your notebook in the 2015-16 model year market.
With a battery that has been in use for two to four years which will no longer charge beyond 84% it would tend to mean that it is approaching a point where shortly it will reach end of life.
If you have Windows installed, you should consider invoking the battery-report from a command line to get a true picture of the battery charge/discharge state in order to make an informed decision as to whether replacement of the battery is needed. See the notebook knowledgebase article I wrote at the link below this line for a tutorial on how to do that.
