HP 15 TOUCHSMART
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I lost the adapter to my HP 15 TOUCHSMART LAPTOP AND ORDERED A NEW ONE. I PLUG IT IN AND THE LAPTOP TURNS ON BUT IT SAYS 0% AVAILABLE, PLUGGED IN NOT CHARGING. WHEN I UNPLUG THE LAPTOP IT IMMEDIATELY SHUTS OFF. I DID A DIAGNOSITC  ON MY BATTERY AND IT SAYS IT WAS FINE, BUT NEEDED TO BE CALIBRATED. IN ORDER TO CALIBRATE I NEED A FULL CHARGE. COULD IT BE THAT THE ADAPTER I BOUGHT WASNT STRONG ENOUGH?
