Dear Sir

Thankyou for replying, I have discussed this issue with customer care also the told me they don't have enough power to take decision on my problem.

On your website there are more complaints available which clearly shows the poor quality of Hinges in  this model, it's my gentle and humble request, HP should understand pain of their customers and resolve my problem. It's matter of quality not warrenty, they are explaining warrenty terms even without understanding the actual problem

IMG_20250208_111553.jpgIMG_20250208_111547.jpgIMG_20250208_111533.jpgHP is cheating its customers by selling poor-quality laptops despite knowing that they will break within a year or two. Laptops that are used regularly are breaking even while under warranty, while those that are not used frequently tend to break shortly after the warranty expires.

HP then charges expensive repair fees, claiming that the product is out of warranty. How is it possible that most laptops from the same series break in the same way and at the same spot, particularly the hinges?

Service center staff have mentioned that 99% of laptops they receive are broken at the same place, indicating that this is a universal problem with HP laptops. Instead of selling high-quality products, HP seems to have turned repairs into a business by intentionally selling subpar products and deceiving customers.

My post has been deleted, and my problem is being ignored so that HP can hide its mistake. HP is only making money by fooling customers because it does not rely on product quality but instead sells cheap-quality products. When they break, HP earns money in the name of repairs.
