Product: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the Envy x360 June 2018 256G SSD.  This is used by my wife as her  personal computer.  The usual things like surfing the web, emails, saving photos.

 

Recently she let me know she is running out of space.  I decided to upgrade to her a 1TB SSD.  But when I got on get computer to check it out  I  noticed that the Mouse track and space between the keyboard's Space Bar, it is warped.

 

How is this possible and how do I resolve?  Is this an recurring issue with these models?
