My windows 11 HP laptop just freezes when using an app for example (VEGAS PRO) and everytime i use it, it heats up, it lags, and freezes for a few seconds. I hate that so much i cannot even do anything to solve this issue.

If it is just one app that is causing this reaction, it might be an incompatibility between your computer and the requirements of the application.
Go to the app's website and check the apps system requirements.
If your system does not meet the basic requirements -- or barely meets the requirements, the application might not run as expected.
If you believe there is something wrong with your computer, run the hardware diagnostics to help find out where the source of the problem is located.
