Hello all,

I've been having some issues with the battery for a while. It didn't charge well, and since a few months ago the computer needs to be always plugged in.

Then yesterday, I was using the laptop and suddenly I got a weird display in the screen (it was pixelated and full of squares). I couldn't turn it off, nor reset it, so I plugged it off and tried to turn it on again after plugging it in again. But the laptop wouldn't turn on.

Now, every time I try to turn it on, I get the led light on, the hard disk seems to make a sound for 1 or 2 seconds and then everything turns off again. One second later, the computer does the same with also the same effect.

Has anyone had the same issue before?

Thank you,

Irene
