Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I unplug the adapter from the notebook it immediately powers off every time. Battery has tested good and it has a full charge.

Have you run advanced diagnostics on the battery? The simple OK/not OK test is very unreliable. Run the long test either in UEFI BIOS or in HP Support Assistant and post advanced results here. If the battery is over 2 years old and acting up 95/100 times it just needs to be replaced.
