HP Spectre x360 15-bl100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectre x360 15t-bl100 ran out of power and not charging after the shut down. I spent lot of hours searching for solution on youtube. But none of them worked. So I tried to charge it with my phone charger and it was charging but it was not charging above 10%.

After that say I tried to charge it with my phone charger again. But it was not charging, small LED next to the cord started blinking when I click on power button. And after that day I tried again but it was not working, even the LED stopped blinking. Now it’s no response when I try to charge and click the name power button. It has non-removable battery so I can’t hard reset it. Help me please.

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
