Hi Dear,

The fan of my Laptop has stopped working. I got to know this once I turned my laptop on and there was a screen saying that your fan has stopped working. I get that message everytime I turn on my laptop and if I don't press a key in 15 seconds, the laptop turns off again.

Also, recently, I have been facing an issue regarding blue screen appearing quite often while I am doing my work. The  sky blue screen contains a big sad face emoji [😞] and says that " An Error Occured. We're trying to fix it for you"

Please help me out at earliest

Thanks 🙂

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. I updated all the 8 chipset drivers and Bios and it still didn't solve the problem. I had already known that it was a hardware issue, but I still tried doing what you had said, but to no avail.

I feel that it needs to be changed. What is the next step? Also, I want this to be done at the earliest as I need my laptop for urgent work and I don't want the hard disk to get damaged all of a sudden.

Thanks!
