Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Model 15tdfOOO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried two separate laptop chargers and both don't work (but they do work on the other laptop - same model).  Also I have tried a different type of laptop charger (USB-C) and had the same result. This option worked just fine for me prior. I can't get the system to power up at all. Basically, it's dead.

 

When the system is plugged in, the small light that indicates power is going to the system doesn't turn on.

 

Just before it died, I got the unhappy blue screen message. Last parting message "an error has occurred" with no details. 

What now?
