Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My USB drive is shown by my laptop. Even It is not shown in device manager. Please guide what step to connect my USB drive (Pandrive). My USB drive is not shown by my HP laptop 15-ac64tu -Win7 32 bit Please help.

You probably have to install the required USB3 driver...

 

This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
