Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, after windows 10 was updated, one of the cooling fans comes on at full speed as soon as I power the machine on. I have rolled back the bios to version, done a complete reinstall of windows back to v 2004 from 20h2, tried uninstalling various drivers and shut down various processes to see if anything worked, with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Machine will check everything are in working order therefore it spins fans at their full speed for 10 to 30 secs at the beginning. That is the good idea but after many people complain I believe new BIOS would remove this option.

Please wait for new BIOS or try BIOS on Nov 19, 2020 on the following link
