Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery is not increasing even I'm plugging the charger.!

It's less than 5% now.

I tried to delete and reinstall the Microsoft ACPI and Microsoft AC Adapter and different solutions, but non of them worked.!

 

Please, could you help!

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

 

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article and run a test on the battery.
