Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i bought my laptop in 2015 and the battery dead exactly in 2017. im very dissapointed and the cost for the battery very expensive converted to rupiah. im thinking about changig the battery to the authorized in hp but afraid that same issue will be appear. i put high expectation with this laptop long last 8-9 hours but thats not exactly what i get.

Meanwhile, contact support and they will assist you in ordering the battery for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
