Hello, I would like to know what games my laptop should pull, and I think that it should pull the GTA 5 game at least at the minimum settings, but it doesn’t pull, friends tell me to reinstall Windows, but I haven’t done it yet, I would also I wanted to know from you an answer, what games should my laptop pull?

Sorry I can't answer because millions and millions of models/products out there and I don't know how to find yours. Please run the following test  (Test my PC):
