I had my HP laptop with the serial number on it repaired about a year ago because it broke down and I paid £350 and today it broke down again and I don't even use it, it broke down even though I don't use it, please help me, do I have to take it to the repair shop all the time?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. If your unit is unusable, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
