Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba0002na Touchscreen

Hi my laptop hinge has given way and at the beginning I did not think much of it though it did disturb me with a slight click noise when opening the screen. Now though my screen keeps moving to the right when closed and the sound is a loud crack with the hing more exposed than before. I can pop it back in though it still does it and I don’t think that’s a good idea. I’m having trouble contacting Hp and I really need this laptop for uni. The laptop works and I dint really want to wait 2 weeks only for them to tell me it’s my fault and I pay like £200. I gave a 3 year warranty. Thank you.
