Unfortunately, I cannot find any HP laptop or notebook product with the identifying information you have provided.
You have identified your laptop battery and that will not help us with troubleshooting your laptop charging issue.
While you are logged into Windows, hold down the Fn key and tap the Esc key once.
A dialogue box should open that is titled System information.
Take a look at the Product number in the System information dialogue box and post it here in your next reply.
Post any other questions you have in your thread.
