hello so my hp laptop only charges when its off, but its hard to charge it. I cant really explain how but you know how your laptop lights up when ts chargingn to indicate that its charging? It does that but it goes off immediately. On and of on and of like that, then whenever my laptop is on it doesnt charge. The charging indicator doesn’t light up like how it is supposed to. Please help me, is this a problem on the battery?

There are few reasons "Your charging cable could be loose, unplugged, or damaged. Your charging cable could have a weak connection because it wasn't made by your laptop's manufacturer. Your charging ports could be clogged with dirt or debris that is keeping it from powering up properly. A laptop tune-up and thorough cleaning can help."
