I've recently gotten the 90B error (one of the fans doesn't function properly) which disappeared immediately after the BIOS updated. But now the fans are much louder than they were before and the start-up takes longer than usual (the HP logo taking more to load). In general, my laptop seems to be slower and there is this constant spinning sound of the fans.
What should I do?
Thanks!

A 90B error canot be ignored and you did the right thing to flash the BIOS. The laptop has probably throttled back the processor. Have you run a full diagnostic? Tap esc as you power up then F2 for diagnistics.

Thank you for the reply! I've just done a system extensive test and everything turned out alright (including the processor check).
