Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whatever i'm doing, my laptop can suddenly shut dawn. This has nothing to do with overheating since I can just surf the browser and it will turn off, while the temperature sensors do not exceed 50 degrees. Circumstances can be completely random: during a conversation, surfing, playing. And most importantly, sometimes it can turn off immediately after turning on Windows, and after a whole day of work.

!!!HP diagnostic program does not give any results, everything says that everything is in order!!!

Also, it sometimes does not turn on at all after turning off, when you press the power button, the button lights up for 5 seconds, but there are no signs of the laptop working. In this case, it helps to turn off the battery power on the motherboard, and it starts to work by resetting the CMOS settings.

I also found out one coincidence, without connecting to the AC, the laptop is working fine, and as soon as I connect it to the AC, failures begin

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

Updates list in HP Support Center

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also ensure Windows is up to date.

Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

If the issue persists run an Extensive System Test from F2 Diagnostic and let me know if the Notebook shuts down

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

I have already did all this steps before, they are useless, there is no point to give me advices that I have been mentioned before with Google. I brought my laptop to service center, this is hardware problem, not software.
