@Hu2vu4n, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding PC hardware diagnostics UEFI!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I see your laptop has landed on the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI screen — it usually pops up if the system thinks there might be a hardware hiccup after a lock-up or sudden shutdown. Don’t worry, you’re in the right place to test things out.

Here’s what you can try next:

Run a Quick Test

Use the arrow keys to select Memory Test and let it run.

Then, do the same with Hard Drive Check.

These tests will tell us if RAM or storage is causing the freeze.

If both tests pass

Press Exit and try restarting the laptop.

Keep an ear and eye out for any strange noises, lights, or repeating freeze-ups.

If a test fails

Note down the failure ID (it’ll look like a long code).

You’ll need this code if you contact HP Support for repair or replacement options.

If it keeps booting back here

Try pressing Esc during startup, then F9 to check if your hard drive is detected in the Boot Menu.

It sounds a bit scary, but think of this screen as your laptop’s way of “taking a breath” and letting you check its heartbeat before moving on.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
