Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my laptop is without battery at the moment and anytime I plug the charger directly and attempt to switch it on, it goes off itself almost immediately. I'll be glad if you can help me with valid answers. I'm actually fed up 😭😭😭

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer goes off immediately after switching on.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Why have you removed the battery? Are you facing any issues with the battery?

When was the last time the computer was working fine?
