I was playing a game of BO4 when i heard the left fan sound like something was trapped in it. It started making a grinding sound then i heard it sound like it jammed then died. I turned my laptop off because of this then I rebooted and was presented with the message that one of the cooling fans were not operating correctly. I followed the link it gave me and here I am, Im waiting until tomorrow to call them but im not sure if anything would come out of it. Its only 3 days old and definetly still in warranty. What should I do?

  • Updating your Notebook computer BIOS
  • Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean
  • Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
  • Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
