Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ed0008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this new HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ed0008ca days ago. I found its fan is always running and it is noisy. Is it normal and there any way to fix it?

it is most likely normal fans have to cool the cpu that can get very very hot depending on the cpu if it is making a clanking noise then the fan might be broken
