Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 11

The "pavilion x360" I bought in 2018 suddenly shut down while it was working and no longer responds. When I use the charging cable, even the charging light does not come on.

If the charge/power led does not light up:

Try another power outlet in another room

Is the pin in the power adapter cable broken?

Consider that the power adapter may have failed and need to be replaced. If you are familiar with multimeters you can check to see if there is a voltage output from the power adapter.

I think I should borrow a voltage meter from a friend. If it's not a problem with the charging cable, why? The pin inside looks solid.
