My order was cancelled without me cancelling it.

I ordered a laptop on the 24th of June 2020, when I checked today (25th) to see it's status I see that it has been canceled. I was not the one who canceled it and the money has yet been refunded to me either. I tried to contact customer services but was on the phone for 25 mins without anyone answering or being able to find out what happened. Could I please get some clarification with my order as I am working remotely and needed this laptop as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate any replies, thank you.
