My screen was damaged by HP's faulty hinge. I see hundreds of complaints on line and even on HP's site. Apparently there isn't a RECALL so i get to spend $400-500 to fix a screen their faulty design broke. I will just by a new one that is reliable. I get warranties but companies should be able to stand behind their product a little better.
I should really be able to rely on a computer for a year and a half without it breaking. I am a life long HP user. I own 5, plus all the monitors and stuff I have. I will be shifting to Lenovo or a more reliable brand. I will not be encouraging my team at work to purchase HP anymore either.
