OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

So, I bought a charger from a 3rd party. It had a longer tip than my old 330 W charger, but both had the exact same product code and everything. My charger port was broken too so I had it repaired to fit the longer tipped third party charger. But now it wont hold charge while playing high powered games. I tested two long tipped chargers, and come to find out the long tipped ones are older omen 17 models. So now I screwed myself with an Omen 17 that needs the newer, shorter tipped chargers (which I can't find anywhere) and now has a charger port that fits the older models that won't work. I don't care how much money it costs, how can I just send it back to HP so they can repair the charger port back to what it was, and get me another charger it officially came with?

If you send your laptop in to HP, the service center will replace the system board to resolve the issue.

The service center will not provide a replacement power adapter.
