Go to the below site and enter your serial number. Look for the part you need and make a note of the HP part number
https://partsurfer.hp.com/
Use the HP part number to search for a vendor. HP has an official parts store but be sure to look elsewhere.
If your location (or the part) is in Asia be sure to include AliExpress in your browser search.
Also search eBay.

I have already done both of these. The part number I am looking for is L22670-001 and it does not show an hp part surfer.
I could not find any on ebay either.
It appears that this model of computer has this issue, that the screw holes on the top lid break, where the hinge screws into.

If it is out of warranty and the part is unobtainable then use fiberglass epoxy and lub the hinge on occasion.
It might be useful to lubricate the hinge as I suspect that caused the problem.
This discussion is about using a toothpick to lubricate a MacBook hinge.
Or just do a general search
I cannot think of anything else and fiberglass epoxy works well.
