OMEN by HP 17t-cb000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking to upgrade my OMEN by HP 17t-cb000 CTO but I am unsure if there is a slot for a second SSD or if I need to replace the current one. If anyone could give their 2 cents on how to upgrade the laptop I need to add at least 500 GB to my storage. Thanks.

Hi,

There are two M2 slots, so you can add a second M2 PCIe NVMe SSD of your preferred brand and capacity. Something like the Samsung 980 would be great.

On page 32 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive

Hope it helps,
