Hello — I have an HP Laptop 15-ef1300wm (4J5Q2UA) and am getting a 90x cooling fan error. Tried blowing the vents with air but on this model they are tiny pinholes. Nothing came out. When I bypass the error and hit enter to startup, I have about 2 minutes or less before it shuts off, which I have been using to move files to the cloud. During this time there is no fan noise whatsoever… so I am assuming I need a replacement/repair of the fan. I have loved this model and have not had any issues before now, so my question is more financial. For those that know this issue — I am wondering if I should extend the warranty (if this issue is even covered) or pay for the repair a la carte? Thank you for any advice.
