My battery has been dying every time I startup my laptop over the past couple of days, even when plugged into power. I have tried finding a replacement battery via the HP parts store but it is backordered there. I also tried finding a replacement battery via authorized HP service centers in my area, but none of them have been able to locate the battery with distributors.
Is there any other options that I am missing or is there a way to get in touch with an HP rep to speak with over the phone? So far I have only been able to chat through the messenger function but that has been pretty useless.
