I need help to find the compatible battery for the laptop model no listed in the query. Is is vio4 because I cannot confirm it.

Hi,

The part number for the battery is 849909-855

I do not believe it is available in HP parts store. You could perform an online search with part number to find an original or compatible battery.

Example:

On page 31 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the battery
