Product: Envy 15

Hi, I’m a little confused about charging the HP Envy 15 with a USB C cable.

I am interested in this computer but it’s very important to me, to charge with a Thunderbolt 3 Dock.

 

In computers manual I found “2 Thunderbolt™ 3 (40Gbps signaling rate) with SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge);” that says USB Power Delivery but in the Internet I read that this ports cannot be used to charge de laptop.
