HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 15-dq1014nb

The laptop is 2.5 years old so no more warranty.

It died suddenly.

Apparently it is the motherboard.

I was recommended to contact HP directly to see if replacement motherboards were available.

I cannot find any way to contact the HP support except this.

Who could help me further?
