Hello, I bought a HP notebook on June 24, 2024 and installed Windows on July 5, 2024. In the afternoon, on day of Windows installation, I found out that HP notebook fastly heats up after switching on ( in around 5-10 min). I just worked with Word and opened google chrome 4-5 websites for my work to translate the text. I did not use video or any other heavy programs, and did not play games. But still the newly bought my notebook heats up very fastly. That is, I am trying to say that  it gets warm even hot when I touch the area upside of keyboard first, then  the heats goes  down and reaches some part of key board, for example "Back" and "delete" key boards heats up. And heat is especially feeling from the bottom side of notebook (on centerline from bottom of notebook).

I went to AS center named RSS Center located in Astana city (Kazakhstan). They diagnozed and said found nothing. But I doubt regarding their qualification. The problems is not solved. I ask you for your cooperation and help me to solve this issue. It is very uncomfortable working with  hot key boards.
