I cant find for the life of me, Anywhere on HP's site that actually gives me any help it's all digital and even then I can't find what I need.

I'm only typing here now in hopes someone useful reads it and can actually help.

My PC since I got it has had nothing but issues with hardware. The trackpad clicks by itself, the screen is bleeding backlight and now my speakers are crackling, I have treated this laptop extremely well but they just seem to fall apart. It's not exactly good considering they cost a premium. I paid over £700 for this mess of issues. I just want to send it off to be repaired. It's in warranty and I even bought HP Care when I bought it but I can't seem to find anywhere that I can actually report the issue or send it in.

I need this laptop for uni and I can't believe hoe many the build is. I love it but it's literally crumbling.

None of those are actual points of support though. I sent an email 10days ago and still haven't heard anything from back the virtual agent just tells you to check out the "other support options" but there aren't any 😂. I've never known anything like it.
