It is not possible to update the BIOS via files on USB FAT32. The program does not see the firmware files on the flash drive. What files should there be?

You are complicating the BIOS update procedure.
Plug in the power adapter.
Go to the Software and driver update page for your laptop's installed OS.
Download the BIOS update to the C:\ download section.
Find it and right click the file and select run as administrator.
Without disturbing the process let the update continue until it is finished.
If you interfere or shut off the laptop before the BIOS update is complete, you will probably brick your laptop. That would a very bad thing.

That is usually a sign that means that the update is not compatible with the laptop's system board or the BIOS update is corrupt.
I suggest reading the text files that you showed in the image in your previous post.
One of them may give you a clue as to why the update is not working.
