No battery detected ( pretty sure battery isnt damaged)

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 15-bc012ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So basically my battery is not anymore detected by the OS, although it worked fine for about a month or so.

Here is the things i tried already:

• Deleting the battery drivers from device manager and restart

• updated my bios (no changes)

• removed battery pressed the power button for 15 secs and restartet it.

I dont think the battery is damaged, because the laptop works fine when i pull the ac cord, but i cannot start my pc without the ac cord.

thanks for the help already.
