Hi ,

My hp laptop model is HP Notebook - 15-r248tu .

While upgraging ram it is noticed that this lapton does not shipped with fan although it has a slot for fan, Is this is a hp production team issue?

As there is no fan my laptop base is getting hotter .

Please provde a fan or replacement laptop  for it.

Hi:

 

Notebooks with the Intel Pentium and Celeron processors such as yours were designed to be run without a cooling fan.

 

Therefore no fan was included with your notebook and it was not a production error.
