No one can give me shipping information

Spectre 360

I ordered a laptop January 6th. Originally said it would ship January 23rd. Status showed it was picked up from Chongqing on January 14th. Showed in transit in Shanghai until January 22nd. Shows import release and in transit in Sennan-shi with updates everyday saying the same. 

Got a delivery notice on January 26th saying would be delivered the next day (27th). Did not arrive so i called today (28th) and was told it would be delivered today. Did not arrive and tracking shipping still shows in transit in Sennan-shi.

I need to cancel the order if it is not arriving soon so i can order from another vendor. Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
