Hi,

 

I am trying to find out if I can upgrade my Laptop's RAM from 8GB. The virtual assistant said to look at the "Maintenance and Service Guide" or the "Specifications" document, but when I type the product number into the support search, neither of these documents are available. Why are they not available?

 

I don't know whether my laptop has one or two slots for RAM and if only one, will it except a 16GB module of RAM?

The maximum amount of RAM, per the HP 250 G6 Quickspecs is 8GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM, so unfortunately you cannot upgrade the memory any further.
