Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello people! 

I recently bought an Hp Omen 15-En0002np and I'm not sure why  but the touchpad makes a noise when swiping or tapping without holding it, it looks like it's loose.
I already sent it in for warranty and despite having changed the touchpad it still makes the sound.

I would like to know if this is normal or not since none of my previous computers made this annoying sound.
